SINEAX VC 603
The SINEAX VC 603 combination measuring transducer/limit monitor converts the measured quantity - a direct current, a direct voltage or a signal from a thermocouple, a resistance thermometer, a remoter sensor or a potentiometer - into an analog, proportional output quantity. It is also equipped with two limit contacts for monitoring the measured quantity. The analog output quantity, which can be realized in the form of a load-independent current or load-independent voltage signal, can be used for display, recording and/or continuous control. The binary output quantities from the two limit contacts can be used for limit value monitoring, regulation and two-step control. Selection can be made from a wide variety of measuring ranges - including bipolar and split ranges. The measured quantity and the measuring range can be programmed with the help of a PC and the appropriate software. Data specific to the measured quantity, the analog output quantity, response characteristics, the signal flow direction and details concerning sensor breakage monitoring can be programmed as well. is used in combination with a thermocouple, a resistance thermometer, a remote sensor or a potentiometer. The instrument fulfills all important requirements and regulations concerning electromagnetic compatibility and safety (IEC 1010 bzw. EN 61 010). The device has been developed, manufactured and tested in accordance with ISO 9001 / EN 29 001. An explosion protection «intrinsic safety» type [EEx ia] IIC model expands the SINEAX VC 603 series. Recognition of QA production in accordance with guideline 94/9/EG has also been awarded.
