3A 卫生级压力传感器
概述/设计原理:
890系列产品符合卫生级设计3A标准，采用全封闭密封，可承受外部高压冲洗。所有元件组装于加固焊接不锈钢外壳内，对外部振动、冲击及极端环境的影响。外形小巧且卡式连接卫生压力设备允许直接安装于多数CIP和SIP中。其它特性包括基于IC的电路系统、螺纹尺寸为1/2 ”的电路装置和屏蔽电缆、配备通风管。密封螺钉可实现调零和跨程调节.
工作原理:
不锈钢隔膜和绝缘电极共同构成可变电容器。隔膜电压改变传感器电容，电容经检测由电子电路系统将其转换为4-20毫安的高精度线性电子信号，电子电路系统符合Gems Sensors & Controls'的电平衡原理。低磁滞，高运行稳定性与可忽略钳位效应一致.
