EURAX SV 804
The EURAX SV 804 switching amplifier receives weak input and output signals, or signals from NAMUR sensors (proximity switches, initiators, optocouplers etc.), and forwards them in an electrically isolated, amplified fashion. Signals from NAMUR switches and sensors demonstrate a continuous path/current characteristic curve, and are not always suitable for direct switching. These signals are transformed into binary signals by the EURAX SV 804 (unambiguous tripping characteristics). All of the data from a maximum of 4 signal inputs are in compliance with DIN 19 234. The switching amplifier is also available as an explosion protection type IIC device «intrinsic safety» [EEx ia] IIC, which can be used as an interface between explosive and stable atmospheres.
